Living Future Foundation is a 501(c)3 Private operating foundation. The name “LivingFuture’ is a DBA for Foundation for a Sustainable Future. All donations are tax-deductible.
Your gift is a “current-use” charitable contribution to LivingFuture Foundation in support of Phase I Transition priorities. Gifts may be put to work as received. Unless separately agreed to in writing by LivingFuture Foundation, gifts are not contingent upon the campaign reaching $1.5 million or upon Camels Hump Meadows remaining in Foundation guardianship.
About Camels Hump Meadows Phase I Contributions
Contributions to LivingFuture Foundation’s Phase I Transition Campaign support the Foundation’s charitable work at SHO Farm and the immediate priorities of this transition, including organizational and operating continuity; the ongoing care of land, buildings and more-than-human Kin; transition planning and implementation; professional, legal, financial and organizational work; and preservation of strategic choices as the transition unfolds.
Phase I contributions may be put to work as they are received. The $1.5 million Phase I goal is a campaign objective; it is not a condition that must be satisfied before LivingFuture Foundation may use contributions for these purposes.
Unless LivingFuture Foundation and a donor enter into a separate written gift agreement expressly providing otherwise, contributions to the Phase I campaign are not conditioned upon reaching the full campaign goal or upon any particular disposition of Camels Hump Meadows.
LivingFuture Foundation retains discretion to determine the timing and allocation of Phase I expenditures among its charitable purposes and the transition priorities described here as circumstances evolve.
